Virtual domain mess sorted out. Auth system still needs to be built, but the auth framework is now working properly. I'm getting a better sense of how I want to handle ids and metadata. Issues remain, of course, but not stupid ankle-biting kind of crap. I feel positive towards the project again, and I feel like momentum has been re-established.
